Responsibilities

Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome as they enter the restaurant
Take customer orders accurately, offering suggestions and answering any questions about menu items or food preparation
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
Prepare and serve menu items according to 3 Sons Bar-B-Q's recipes and quality standards
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed
Keep the counter area, dining room, and all workstations clean, organized, and presentable
Foster a positive and friendly environment for both customers and fellow team members
Collaborate with other Family Members and management to continually improve operations and customer experience
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, procedures, and promotions
Adhere to all local health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or customer service, preferred but not required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) system experience, a plus
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow as part of the 3 Sons Bar-B-Q family

BBQ Food Truck Operator

3 Sons Bar-B-Q is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a BBQ Food Truck Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for running our food truck operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality and authenticity of our mouthwatering BBQ.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the BBQ food truck, including opening and closing procedures
Prepare and cook menu items according to 3 Sons Bar-B-Q's recipes and quality standards
Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
Maintain adequate inventory levels, order supplies, and restock food truck as needed
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and accurately track sales
Manage food truck cleanliness, including regular cleaning of cooking equipment, surfaces, and utensils
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions about menu items or food preparation
Foster a positive and friendly environment for both customers and fellow team members
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with food truck equipment or operations
Adhere to all local health and safety regulations, as well as food truck parking and permitting requirements
Assist in promoting the food truck and 3 Sons Bar-B-Q brand through social media and local events
Collaborate with management to continually improve operations and customer experience

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, preferably in a food truck or BBQ setting
Strong cooking skills, with knowledge of BBQ techniques and recipes preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) system experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Assistant Pitmaster

3Sons Bar-B-Q, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459

Full-time

3 Sons Bar-B-Q is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Pitmaster to join our team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. As an Assistant Pitmaster, you will work under the supervision of the Pitmaster and be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meats, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our smoked meats. You will also be expected to perform additional prep and cooking duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meats, including trimming, seasoning, and smoking
Monitor the temperature and smoke levels in the smoker, making adjustments as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoker and surrounding area
Assist in the preparation and organization of meats for service
Assist in the management of inventory and ordering of supplies
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and work collaboratively with the team
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a BBQ pit or smokehouse environment
Knowledge of different types of wood and their flavors for smoking meats
Experience with cooking and preparing various types of meats
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds
